Yes! Definitive Kitchens is dedicated to providing a secure shopping experience for our customers. For your peace of mind, our website is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant
Currently we don't offer a design service, however, if you have a design already, you can email it to us, where we promise we'll do our best to match or beat the quote you have received.
Delivery times vary depending on the product ordered:
Full Kitchen orders: 2-3 weeks
Stock door orders: 2-3 days
Made-to-measure orders: 10-15 days
Please check the product specification tabs for all lead times
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, these include:
Made-to-order kitchens, doors and accessories
Paint-to-order doors, plinths, carcases, and accessories
Worktops, splashbacks and upstands
For all other orders, please visit our Contact Us page to notify of us of your intention to return goods
